Ownership and accountability
Legal existence, beneficial ownership, management fitness, conflicts and declared operating structure.
WHAT NGA CONTROLS
Approval follows a complete evidence-led assessment. A failed or unresolved material control blocks certification; active certification remains subject to periodic and unannounced checks.
Legal existence, beneficial ownership, management fitness, conflicts and declared operating structure.
Deposit, wallet, settlement, withdrawal, reconciliation and valid player-payment obligations.
Provider provenance, game identity, authorised launch channels, wager, win, refund and rollback behaviour.
Independent checks that the operator cannot alter outcomes, wallet messages or round settlement.
Access control, change governance, logging, incident handling and continuity safeguards.
KYC, AML, sanctions, responsible gaming, privacy, complaints and corrective action.
OUR MISSION
NGA exists to identify gaming platforms that meet demanding assurance and fair-play standards, and to investigate credible reports involving uncertified sites, counterfeit games, operator interference, false certification claims or systemic payment failures.
Public findings are never based on an allegation alone. NGA preserves evidence, performs technical review, offers the operator a fair opportunity to respond and publishes only verified conclusions. Certification measures apply to NGA-certified operators; independent integrity notices may concern any reported domain.
Search published integrity notices →Passing the application review is not the finish line. The current public record, latest check result and validity window remain visible throughout the certification term.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MANIPULATION
NGA certification expressly prohibits fake, unauthorised or misrepresented games and any operator action that alters outcomes, wallet messages, round records or settlement. Every credible irregularity affecting player rights is preserved, triaged and investigated.
Valid withdrawals are a continuing certification condition. Credible systemic non-payment can trigger transaction preservation, a financial-conduct audit, an accountable response and protective action.
A verified material counterfeit-game or manipulation breach requires protective status action. A site that no longer satisfies the standard cannot continue to rely on an active green NGA mark.
NGA may publish the domain and evidence basis, notify the relevant provider or supplier, and refer documented evidence to competent public authorities where lawful and appropriate.
Publication and referral follow evidence verification and a fair opportunity to respond, except where immediate protective action is necessary. A complaint receipt alone is never presented as a finding.
REPORT A PLATFORM
You may report an unpaid withdrawal, suspected counterfeit game, altered settlement, copied mark or other integrity concern—even if the site is not certified by NGA.
