NGA exercises contractual assurance and integrity rights over its certified operators and declared scope. Market permissions and restrictions are examined as operator compliance obligations within the assessed scope.

Where verified evidence indicates a material breach, NGA may preserve the record and submit a documented report to the relevant game provider, aggregator, payment or critical supplier, or competent gaming, consumer, financial-intelligence or law-enforcement authority. A referral is shown in an NGA record only after it has actually been made.
